Wilson Bluff Subdivision (Don Fortin, Owner) is an 8 lot residential subdivision located adjacent to Little Wilson Pond in Turner. SJR Engineering’s scope of services included concept through final design and approval for the subdivision. Design elements included meeting the specific ordinances within the Town of Turner Land Use Ordinance document relating to dimensional and spatial design, pubic road design, typical individual lot layout, storm water, phosphorus, erosion control plans, landscaping designation areas, construction details, and permitting assistance for approvals from the Town of Turner and MDEP.
