Fieldstone Place subdivision (Bill Kieltyka, Owner) is a three phase residential subdivision consisting of 55 lots located near Cony High School. SJR Engineering, acting as lead consultant, was directed to maximize the development potential, while prioritizing a pleasing and welcoming neighborhood to the Augusta area. City officials and the development community at large have been greatly impressed with the final product. The development includes ½ acre lots with publicly maintained roads and utilities.
