Tom Manning, Owner of the Miss Portland Diner, consult with SJR Engineering regarding the site development potential of a re-located Miss Portland Diner between Marginal Way and Route 295 along the Portland corridor. The small 6,500 sq ft lot afforded little room with regard to the development potential of the site. The shoehorn fit complements the needs of the surrounding neighborhood and the defined budget considerations.
